2023 The  4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Computer Science (SPCS 2023) will be held on Guilin during August 25-27, 2023. SPCS is an annual conference since 2020, which aims to offer the communication for scholars to present the latest research and results of scientists, to create an opportunity to build networks with other academics and experts, to collect and publish academic papers with high quality,etc. 

SPCS will gather the scholars from the world to discuss the hot topics in the field of signal processign and computer science such as Array Signal Processing, Array Signal Processing, Optical Communications, Signal Processing for Security, Communication Signal processing, Internet Signal Processing, etc.  SPCS features keynote and invited speeches as well as peer-reviewed paper presentations. And an optional social program is set up to offer more chance for interested scholars. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we warmly invite you, computer science and signal processing scientists, engineers or technicians,students, or simply interested by the technique, to take part in this unique and innovative conference with your enthusiasm to develop.  Maybe your idea is still an idea, which hasn’t been proved or accepted, but new ideas and innovation will be 100 percent respected in our conferences.

  Full Paper Submission Date:  August 21, 2023

  Registration Deadline: August 23, 2023

  Final Paper Submission Date:  August 24, 2023

  Conference Dates: August 25-27, 2023

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of SPCS 2023 will be published in the SPIE conference proceedings, which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

The conference proceedings of SPCS2022&SPCS2020&SPCS2021 have been indexed by EI Compendex.
